Are your care workers police checked?
All care workers have an enhanced CRB check and at least 2 employers references prior to employment.
Are the care workers trained to provide care?
Yes all care workers are trained or are working towards level 2 NVQ in care, plus they hold mandatory training in the following subjects:
- Health and safety
- First Aid
- Food safety
- Moving and handling training
- Safeguarding training
- Infection control
- Safe handling of medication.
