If I, or a member of my family need medical help, where can I go?
The Neshama Social Work team, initially will listen and if necessary will refer you to your GP or the relevant Community Mental Health Team, If you would like support to attend the appointment, then your social worker will accompany you. Please contact us on 0113 2684211.
