Holocaust Survivors Friendship Association

The Holocaust Survivors’ Friendship Association (HSFA) is a Yorkshire-wide membership association with approximately 70 members, all of whom are either Holocaust survivors, relatives of survivors or individuals who have an interest in Holocaust education.

The present membership includes camp survivors, ghetto survivors, former slave labourers, hidden children, Kindertransport children, pre-war refugees and second generation children of survivors. The HSFA was established as a group in 1996 and registered charity in 2001.

It has an office and Drop-in Centre based in Leeds managed by a committee of volunteers, many of whom have substantial experience in managing community and voluntary groups and many with a background in the educational sphere.
