Look North Pops in for Keep Fit Class

Harry Gration from look North News popped into The Hub keep Fit class to interview teacher Hilda Mitchell.

Hilda has been volunteering for Leeds Jewish Welfare Board as a keep-fit teacher for nearly 40 years. Hilda, who is 86, runs two keep-fit classes per week often exceeding 25 elderly and disables service users.
