Small STEPS to big Change

Making positive changes in your life can seem a momentous task and is a challenge which can affect us all at any time and in whatever walk of life we come from.

Manny Cussins Family Project is encouraging people to take up that challenge in the form of a personal development and life skills programme called STEPS which provides people with the tools to make that change.

STEPS co-ordinators, Shelly Savino and Sarah Wilcock are amongst the first to train as STEPS and PX2 (teenage STEPS) facilitators in Leeds and are running groups at the Marjorie & Arnold Ziff Community Centre.

‘STEPS is relevant to everyone’ said Shelly ‘STEPS courses are currently being run in Yorkshire for a diverse range of people from those on management programmes through to lone parents and people returning to work’.
