'Mitzvahs & Marrows' is the recently re-named allotment group launched by Neshama (LJWB's Mental Health Service) in 2009.

The group meets weekly to dig, plant, grow and harvest fruit and vegetables, as evidence suggests people are mentally stimulated by gardeningactivities and can often cope better with existing health problems, as well as feeling less prone to low moods and depression.

Join 'Mitzvahs & Marrows' at their 'Leap into Spring' Annual Produce Sale on 29th February, 12.30-3pm at the MAZCC.

All produce is homegrown by members of the group and will be available to purchase on the day including delicious homemade chutneys, bulbs, card kits, herb pots, greeting cards, mugs, keyrings and more.
