Baby Massage at the MAZCC

Come and learn how to massage your baby with help from our fully certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), Sarah Wilcock, at a new course starting at the MAZCC on Friday 28th October, 11am-12.30pm for 5 weeks @ £4 per week. Suitable for babies from birth to 1 year.

Infant massage may help with the following:

Enhance communication between parent and baby, Strengthen the bond between parent and baby, Relax the parent and baby, Promote deeper sleep, Aid digestion, Relieve wind & colic, Reduce crying.

Classes are for all babies from birth to 1yr and for all parents and primary care givers. Only the parent/carer massages baby. The instructor uses a demonstrator doll.
